This model is a high performance version of the S-Class line off the long wheelbase version of the W116 platform. The model is commonly known as just the 6.9 with its name derived from the V8 engine it is powered by. It is also the 1st Mercedes to be fitted with the hydro-pneumatic self-leveling suspension system. 4-wheel disc brakes and 4-wheel independent suspension were standard across the W116 model range.
This 6.9 in Milan Brown is in excellent condition. We have the original window sticker from when it was originally sold in Jacksonville, Florida at a hefty $50,460.00 price tag. This car features power windows, power brakes, power steering, air conditioning (climate control), original wheels, an aftermarket CD player, and a moon roof.
