1988 Porsche Carrera

We are pleased to bring to market for only the second time in its history, this well documented Porsche Carrera with the legendary G50 transmission. Fewer and fewer of these vehicles are available on the market and ones with low miles, good options and proper service documentation are even more desirable.

This unique color, Marine Blue Metallic is in great shape and is complimented well with the Linen leather interior with matching blue piping on the factory sport seats. Vehicle was sold new in June of 1988 in Chicago IL from Lynch Imports to Mr. Waledorf out of River Forest IL. Car remained in his hands until 1993 where it was sent down to sunny Jupiter, FL where it remained in the care and custody of the same owner till we recently acquired the vehicle. Car was routinely serviced by both previous owners and stamps in the service book along with a thick packet of receipts accompany this vehicle. Car was serviced properly with the 15k, 30k, 45k, and 60k mile service all completed as well as routine service when needed as well as upkeep done properly to insure the vehicle was in top shape at all times. Brakes, clutch, flywheel, throttle linkage, speed sensor, wheel bearings, A/C maintenance, adjusted valves and head studs replaced are a small sampling of what was performed over the past few years. Car is in great shape inside and out and runs and performs very nicely thru all forward gears and reverse.

Vehicle was optioned very heavily from the factory with; sport steering wheel with elevated hub, Charleston Radio, locking differential, shorter gear shifter, high intensity windscreen washer, sport seats, forged light metal wheels, auto heating controls, rear wiper, front and rear spoilers, power left seat, sport shock absorbers, Hi-Fi stereo, alarm system, and power sunroof. Vehicle since has had an updated stereo added, 17in Fuch wheels, and a chrome tip exhaust.
