It wasn't the fastest muscle car, but with single season styling and a unique combination of brake, engine, and exhaust options, the '69 Z28 has stood the test of time. The Z28 option came with the 302 V8 small block paired with the Muncie 4-speed manual transmission with a “new for 69” standard Hurst shifter. It was connected with a 12 bolt rear axle with standard 3.73 gears. It also featured 11:1 compression, forged pistons, forged steel crankshaft & connecting rods, solid lifter camshaft, and Holley carburetion on a dual-plane intake manifold. The styling of the 1st generation of Camaro's is something that has not and will never go out of style, and the Z28 package makes these cars a can't miss investment (not to mention really damn cool).
This is a X77 code 1969 Camaro Z28! The bad news is the 302 V8 is gone. However, if the 302 is gone you might as well replace is with a 396ci V8. The engine is paired with a 700 R4 automatic transmission. It features power front disc brakes, power steering, new front suspension, and new BFG tires.
