1929 Mercedes-Benz Gazelle

A company founded in 1964 named Fiberfab Velocidade Inc. Was founded by Warren Goodwin and started as a company manufacturing parts and body panels for Mustangs in Los Angeles but later moved to their own line of kit cars. The company swapped hands for a bit, picked up new models and kits along the way, and was more recently known as Classic Motor Carriages. This was a turning point in the company as they found the opportunity to take years of designs and fabrications and apply it to their own kits. They not only made kits, but they also assembled a few themselves within their warehouse in Miami, FL which became quite a rare model as most were sent to their owners incomplete. Those models typically saw a great deal of options and craftsmanship completed by those within their company and although many complications with their unassembled models caused their demise, those purchased completed were above par for the kit car world of that time.
This excellent example was built and completed by Classic Motor Carriages in 1984 and delivered to its first and only owner which we now have the opportunity to offer up for your consideration! With each part and piece still in place and recent rejuvenation completed professionally, this ride is in great driving condition and not enough can be said for the condition it was kept in. From the exterior you find all the nostalgia of that very early era but with all the modern comfort and quality of more recent times. With nearly all the extras added from the factory, this vehicle hosts a 2.3L I-4 Ford gas powered engine with its automatic transmission. With the classic dark brown and crème exterior applied to the exterior paired with chrome features from the bumpers to the grill, this is a definite head-turner with all the right pieces. In very good condition, the tan soft top comes with all of its windows in great shape and proper-fitting side pieces which snap along the body and door like new. The interior features a dark glossy woodgrain dash with Vintage gauges and proper badging for its knobs and switches, saddle leather interior to blend with its beautiful exterior and a great American Audio media center for AM/FM/Cassette capabilities. The condition of this vehicle, considering its age and originality since being built in 1984, cannot be understated and it is a must-see within our collection! This vehicle stays true to its blueprints with its leather belt hood strap, ornamental features reproduced with accuracy on display in the forefront of this vehicle and its classic pin striping to the exterior, this is a great find for anyone looking for this style vehicle that is not only nice to look at but fun to drive!
