Porsche introduced its Cayman in 2005. The car was based on the popular mid-Boxster chassis and initially marketed as an entry level sports coupe for the brand. The Cayman quickly raised some eyebrows as it's mid engine configuration demonstrated handling capabilities that rivaled any class of sports car.
