A completely refreshed Ford came in 1935 with the 4-cylinder no longer being offered, leaving just the 221 Cubic Inch V8 to power every Ford car and truck. The body was lowered and new comfort seating was designed. It was a much more modern car with a pushed forward grille and integrating fenders into the body. Another major design advance was integrating the trunk into the body. With many being pulled apart for steel during war time, others being hot-rodded or customized, it is something very special when you can find one with that good ol' Henry steel and that flathead V8 still in place.

GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this well restored and highly original example of the 1935 Ford Deluxe Convertible for your consideration. With all the right pieces in place, this vehicle shows like new but with what appears to be all original powertrain, the body appears to be all steel with a quick feel with a magnet and overall this is one of the best pre-war convertibles we have had! The exterior shows excellently with its chrome bumpers, trim, grill, glass, paint and wheels all in great shape, the red painted wheels is a great touch to make this one stand out and with the rumble seat for a trunk and a drop top ready and willing to put the wind in your hair, this is as good as they get! The interior is just as well featuring a saddle leather interior and door panels in great shape, the dash is painted to match the exterior but very much stock with little features over and beyond the necessities, the manual windows work well without too much effort needed and with its banjo steering wheel in place, this one is the real deal. The powertrain is all believed to be original to the car with its 221 Flathead and 3-speed manual, the start and stop of this vehicle is very much on point with no clear issues to be found while driving it down the street. The cloth top is a bit stained but fully intact and fully functioning which sets this one apart from the rest!
