1952 Chevrolet Pickup

The truck market was in high demand shortly after the war had ended and America was ready and hungry to get back to work. GM, Ford and Dodge all were competing heavily for the truck market and it was a great time to buy a truck as each manufacturer was doing yearly and sometimes twice a year changes to make their trucks stronger, bigger, and more user-friendly for the customers.

GR Auto Gallery is pleased to offer this fully restored Chevy pickup that was treated to a highly original setup. The truck is stunning in every angle and with significant time and effort spent on the process. The truck started as a rust free chassis and frame and was taken down to the bare metal and built backup with many new components and rebuilt items. The truck was sandblasted and painted in a dark green with the proper black fenders. Coker white wall tires were installed and mounted on the proper wheels with hubcaps. The trim work has been done well and the chrome bumpers and grill give this car the vintage look. The bed of the truck was finished nicely with the wood slats and new hardware. Inside you will find yourself going back in time as the layout is authentic with the only upgrade being seatbelts for safety. New seat, carpet set, headliner, and knobs were all done to factory specs. The dash was painted in the proper color to match the outside and the authentic radio, gauges, and switches are done to perfection. As you open the hood of the truck you will find a fully restored factory correct 6cyl 235ci that produces 105HP and fires up quickly with a turn of the key and gives the driver plenty of power to drive with style and utility if needed.

The truck was commissioned by the previous owner in the fall of 2009 and completed in the summer of 2010. Since taking delivery of the truck it has logged less than 300 miles and shows and represents itself in fantastic condition. The truck comes with a brag book of the restoration process, owner's manual, 2 sets of keys, receipts from the build and invoices from the restoration shop that did the work. The market continues to grow on these vintage pickups and finding one that is in this nice of condition and done to extreme standards like this Chevy are very hard to find.
