1964 Ford Falcon Futura

The Ford Falcon received a fresh body in the year of 1964 and giving Ford a starting point to launch the famous Mustang. The new look was more squared-off, more modern, as Ford pursued the youth market. Available in just about any configuration you could imagine from the Factory, two door, four door, convertible, coupe, wagon and even a van version. Only 2,980 were produced and the car is believed to have only 71k original miles from new.

This little sporty convertible was obtained by the original owner out of Illinois and was given as a 15th anniversary present to the wife. It remained in the custody of the same family until recently. It received some recent service over the past 14 months which include; new tires, fuel pump, new seats, rebuilt carburetor, seatbelts, new radiator and carpet kit. The car come with the rare bucket seats, 3spd auto transmission, 3.50 rear end, power convertible top, center console, and hubcaps. Being a Futura model gave some nice factory features over and above from the standard Falcon.

The car is itching for someone to drop the top and cruise or take some time and elbow grease and take this Falcon to the next level. It is a car that never goes out of style and with a convertible; you will be destined to have a great ride.
