1967 MG BGT

The sporty MG BGT filled a void in the MG lineup to give its customers that wanted to have a better handling and sleeker looking vehicle compared to the convertibles. Roughly 4k of these were sent over to the US market and very clean and well restored examples are very hard to find at an affordable price.

We are excited to bring to market this highly restored GT version that has been treated to a 3 year restoration that spared no expense. The car was completely sandblasted and stripped to a fresh starting point. From there it was rebuilt from the ground up using all new parts or reconditioned ones. The body was treated to a gorgeous DuPont paint 9AH that will keep this car from ever being duplicated. Sound deadening material was added to the interior of the body to give the car more insulation. Further new items include but limited to; fuel tank, fuel lines, fuel pump, brake lines, brake shoes, brake pads, seals, clutch, throw out bearing, slave cylinder, brightwork, carpet kit, seats, headliner, wood steering wheel, floor mats, door panels, dash, wiring harness, headlights, taillights, wheels and new tires. The engine was professionally rebuilt with a Weber two-barrel carburetor with aluminum intake manifold.

This car shows near flawless and will provide the next owner with many enjoyable drives. You would be hard pressed to find another vehicle like this that has been so well done. Vehicle comes with a file full of receipts, jack, spare and clean title. These are only going up in value each year and finding one already done is the smart buy.
