1989 Jaguar XJS

Produced for over twenty years with minimal changes, the XJS was a huge hit for Jaguar. Offering unique and seductive styling, powerful engines, and the legendary Jaguar heritage, over 115k rolled off the production line, not bad for a very expensive car. The vast majority of the cars were coupes, but a portion were made into convertibles, but the production numbers were unknown, which adds to the cool Jaguar mystique.

It has been meticulously maintained and shows very well. Finished in Glacier white over blue interior and fitted with color matched white lattice wheels. The exterior is in incredible shape with great paint finish and trim. The dark blue top looks great and fits very snugly. Being a top of the line Jaguar, the interior is superbly finished with tons of toys and options including power windows, leather steering wheel, heated glass window, cruise control, courtesy lights, sport seats, adjustable steering wheel, trip computer, heated seats, heated mirrors and more. The blue leather interior looks excellent with very minimal wear on the driver's seat and a clean dashboard. There is a bit of cracking around the wooden shifter trim but everything else is very clean. Everything on this car works and this car is as comfortable and easy to drive as any modern car. It glides down the road and the 5.3L V12 is smooth and powerful. It is said to produce around 265hp and is mated to a smooth shifting automatic transmission. The engine has electronic fuel injection and is the high compression model which was introduced in 1981.

This two owner car is super unique with such low miles and has come from a climate controlled garage in North Carolina. In addition to the owner's manual, even the original window sticker that shows the $56k window sticker is included. Rear quarter windows are manually operated.
