The unibody design was much smaller, lighter, and more rigid than anything available. The long hood could accommodate a variety of engine configurations including a high performance V8. The 1966 Mustang Coupe offered here features a older restoration and finished in its original Color, Tahoe Turquoise Poly over Turquoise interior. The car features its correct 289 V8 Engine, Automatic Transmission, Bucket Seats, Console Shift, Factory Radio, Wire Wheel Covers, Power Steering, chrome open element air cleaner and chrome valve covers. Mechanically, the engine and components were completely rebuilt at the time of restoration and the car drives out excellent. Cosmetically, the car stands up tall featuring original fenders, quarters and sheet-metal.
