1964 Plymouth Fury

GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1964 Plymouth Fury Hardtop Coupe for purchase. The Fury was downsized to start the 3rd generation in 1962 which was an unpopular move. So the Fury was elongated each year and 1964 sales saw significant improvement with the size and new dramatic slanted roofline. The Fury was Plymouth's full-size and sporty model that dealerships could put on display to attract customers to their showrooms. The Fury was big, bold, and contained the best features available.

This '64 Plymouth Fury is in excellent condition and is a really cool find. It's powered by a 1963 413ci bored to 426 “Max Wedge” engine and 3-speed Torqueflite automatic transmission. Speaking of the transmission, it is push-button operated which is just down right really cool. This car also features a mild cam, Cragar wheels, forged flat top pistons, heads milled, original radio, and much more. We have the original build sheet and trim tag. This car is a stunner in its original factory color Sandalwood and the interior has been restored to look as original as possible (with some added gauges). This car is a beauty and with the Max Wedge V8 it also gives you some very fun muscle to tear up the roads on a nice day. Please call or email for more details!
