2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra

GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra Coupe for purchase. From 1993-2004 the top trim level of the Mustang family was the SVT (Special Vehicle Team) Cobra. An update in 2003 brought us the most wicked version of the popular line. The 2003/2004 Cobra's, code named "Terminator" by the SVT development crew came with a supercharged 4.6 LDOHC engine. A cast iron block was used instead of aluminum, with stronger internals, including forged Zolner pistons and Manley H-beam connecting rods that were modified with a wrist pin oiling hole by the SVT engine builders. These upgrades were critical in order to support the 8 psi of boost delivered from the stock Eaton M112 roots supercharger. Other improvements include the use of an aluminum flywheel connected to a Tremec T-56 six-speed transmission, 3.55:1 rear axle ratio and stronger 31 spline half shafts with revised upper and lower control arms. These modifications launched the stock Cobra from 0-60 mph in 4.5 seconds and the quarter mile in 12.7 seconds at 110mph.

This 2003 Ford SVT Cobra coupe is a great low mileage example that is an absolute blast to drive. It's powered by the supercharged 4.6L V8 engine paired with the 6-speed manual transmission. It features 2-tone leather seats, 6-disc CD player, traction control, air conditioning, white faced gauges, SVT wheels and more! The rear wheels are set out wide for an even more aggressive look.
