BMW first released their new model, the M3, in February of 1992. This vehicle hit the shelves that same year and was able to gain much attention out of the gate with its powerful straight-six engine. The E36 was using a chassis that made the M3 known as one of the best handing cars available by Car & Driver. This vehicle, being touted as one of the best handling and most balanced models out, went on to become a very popular vehicle for circuit and track racers alike.
