The Pontiac Firebird Trans Am is one of the most famous muscle cars of all time and can stand shoulder to shoulder with the likes of the Mustang and Camaro. The late 1990s and early 2000s were not kind to performance cars but Pontiac still managed to produce a winner. The WS6 Firebird was one of the most furious of all the muscle cars and its 5.7L LS1 V8 produced 325hp and was capable of 0-60mph in less than 5 seconds. Billet steel camshafts, Hurst 6-speed shifter, Mass Air Flow Sensor and a Ram Air hood were some of the many performance features offered.

From that point, he decided he wanted to build a monster of a street car and we believe he has done that one just right… This vehicle features a 712 cubic inch V8 motor that put out over 850 horsepower on the engine dyno. Paired with the V8 is a built Turbo 400 Automatic transmission that holds all of this power and is strong and smooth shifting. The vehicle features a 200 Hairly Glass front end, 2x3 Art Morrison chassis, Ford 9 inch rear end, 4.10 gear Detroit locker, Wilwood brakes all around, Dart Big M-Block tall deck, Callies crack and rods, Wiesco pistons, Dart Big-M heads – ported and assembled by Rehr and Morrison, Kinsler indivual runner manifold EFI, Fast Fuel injection system EFI, Comps cam Jessell pedestal rockers, Jessell belt drive cam, front drive distributor, 400 Turbo trans built by Joel on Joy here in Michigan, custom paint job finished by Don Fields, full flowmaster exhaust, power rear hatch, 2 front bucket seats, 1 rear facing back seat and much more. This vehicle shows 2,800 miles on the odometer which is actual miles to the build and on the car, and every one of these miles has been put on this vehicle on the street. This vehicle was built and driven as a street car and has never been on a strip. The owner also mentioned to us that he has a large binder available full of documentation and receipts for parts and service.
