The design of the Prowler was said to have been inspired after Chrysler engineers were given free rein to create whatever they wanted in a "hot rod" or "sportster" type vehicle. One of the most striking design features of the Prowler is the open, Indy racer style front wheels.

This Prowler is nearly brand new, as it only has 886 actual miles on it. This time capsule comes standard with 4 wheel disc brakes, rear window defroster, power rack and pinion steering, auto stick automatic transmission, air conditioning, 6-disc CD changer, AM/FM/Cassette, power windows with driver one-touch, speed sensitive power locks, leather wrapped steering wheel, speed control, keyless entry, halogen headlamps, tachometer, auto-day mirrors. The car rides on 20 inch chrome wheels in the back and 17 inch chrome wheels in the front. The car also comes with the original window sticker.
