Arguably one of the most famous sports cars ever made, the Porsche 911 has been in uninterrupted production since 1963 and is currently one of the most advanced and well engineered cars out there. With a rear mounted, air-cooled, horizontally opposed engine, they were far from conventional but gained popularity like nothing else. Some of most well regarded and affordable air cooled models were the 1980s models. They offered reasonable performance, good reliability, and were sold in large numbers.

GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this stunning 1982 911 Carerra for your consideration. The traditional Guards Red paint is a favorite and an eye catcher. Paint has good shine and the plastic and rubber trim is in good shape as well. The body is straight and free of imperfections, and the classic black Fuch wheels look great. The exterior also features fog lamps as well as the classic “whale tail” spoiler. The interior is very clean and well kept and features nice black leather seats. It features factory fittings as well as a newer Blaupunkt radio.

This lovely little 911 has been well kept during its recent ownership, and a large amount of service work has been performed. The car has brand new BFGoodrich tires and also has new bushings, alignment, clutch, engine mounts, seals, and a recent fluid change. Only on the rise, these classic '80s 911s are a future investment!
