The car was built at the San Jose, CA plant and was originally a Sunlit Gold color. In 2005 the car was stripped and painted a shimmering Sonic Blue Pearl and shows excellent. The suspension was updated, air conditioning system along with the exhaust system were also updated at this time. In 2008 the engine was replaced with a remanufactured 302. The oil pan was replaced along with the exhaust manifold, timing cover, intake manifold gaskets, fuel tank, power steering, radiator and carburetor. In 2015 new tires were put on and in 2016 the brakes were replaced. The car came up to Michigan from Florida. The car comes with a large file of receipts. Other highlights include BF Goodrich radial white letter tires mounted on GT wheels, Edelbrock carburetor, power brakes, power steering, chrome air cleaner, Grant Steering wheel and original steering wheel and spare tire.
