1975 MINI Cooper

GR Auto Gallery is excited to offer this 1975 Innocenti Mini Cooper 1300 for sale. The car was legally imported from Italy in 1995 and was promptly disassembled and restored by Performance Developments in Gilberts, Illinois. The engine and transmission were thoroughly rebuilt, and many new components were added, including an alternator, distributor, carburetors, radiator, pistons, rings, bearings, crank rods, clutch, throwout bearing, master-slave cylinder, brake lines, rotors, and pads. The suspension was also replaced with a coilover style, resulting in a remarkable performance.

This Mini Cooper boasts a vibrant yellow exterior with 10-inch wheels wrapped in performance tires, and the wheel fitment beneath the flared arches is sure to catch any car enthusiast's attention. The sport suspension gives it an aggressive stance, and the front bumper has PIAA lights installed.

The two-tone interior in black and blue complements the exterior. The front and rear seats are Corbeau bucket racing seats, and the door panels and carpet match the racing seats. The occupants are secured by 5-point racing harnesses, and a roll cage and Sparco steering wheel were also installed.

The fuel system has been entirely replaced, with a fuel cell in the trunk, new fuel lines, and a fuel pump installed.
