1928 Ford Model A

We are really excited to offer this custom hotrod convertible with a flatbed for consideration. This head turning vehicle is handmade quality with every single detail well taken care of.

This is titled as a 1928 Ford Model A (Tudor) with the purchase of the cowl in 2000.The car as it sits today was built in 2004 and has always been very well cared for. The doors, rear body, hood, and bed are all hand fabricated. The radiator shell and tailgate are aftermarket items.

The engine is a 1975 Cadillac 500 ci V8 which was rebuilt in 2004 when it was installed. The transmission was also rebuilt when it was installed and is a GM Turbo 400. The brakes are power front disc brakes and drums in the rear. The front axle features a Magnum 4” drop, 1940 Ford spindles, Volare rotors, and mid-size GM calipers. The rear axle is a Ford 9 inch featuring 3:55 gears. The chassis features a 2x5 mild steel tube, torsion bar front suspension with modified split wishbones, and a 4 bar rear suspension with coilover shocks. The convertible top is hand fabricated (it folds down or can be removed completely). The interior is upholstered with tan leather. The steering wheel tilts. The dash features TPI Tech gauges, and an Alpine CD/Radio. There are built in Polk Audio speakers. The shifter is stylish and silver from B&M. There is heat and defrost.
