1954 Chevrolet 3600

GR Auto Gallery is pleased to bring to market this highly original 1954 Chevy 3600 for your consideration. It is both beautiful and unique and is finished in its factory Transport Blue, It has had a repaint that did not require any body work and the firewall is still the original color. According to the owner it has never been rusted through and is all the original sheet metal. It was brought to Michigan from Nebraska in the late 90s. The engine was completely rebuilt at this time.
The truck has all new brakes, shocks and steering components and a new clutch. The factory heater was restored as well. The seat was reupholstered and all new weather strip was installed along with new window felts and new windshield. The truck has been converted to 12 volt system instead of its original 6 volt system. Originally the rear end was a 4:56 but it has been changed to a 4:11 to improve drivability.
