1971 Pontiac Firebird

This Firebird is an absolute dream….These cars were built from 1967 through 2002 in four different generations. The second-generation cars built from 1970 through 1981 and were only available in coupe form and the body would be designed a little more “Swoopy” compared to the previous generation. The 1971 cars had a few minor cosmetic changes compared to the 1970. This particular stunning unmolested example has had just one re-paint by its long term second owner… Yes, this is two-owner car with the car being purchased brand new locally and sold to another local. This is a very nicely optioned car with power brakes and power steering, the desirable 330HP 400 Cubic inch v8 mated to the factory 4-speed transmission. The interior is all original and it is a numbers matching car. The paint is a really pretty Canyon Copper Metallic over a really nice body. The seller of this car has owned if for over half of its life and it obviously had good care throughout. I just love the styling on these early Birds. This car starts perfectly, sounds freaking awesome, idles nicely and goes down the road really strongly. Brakes are good, tires seem fine, interior is original but shows fine for a driver. You really don't see these much anyomore and would make someone a really nice muscle car.
