First, to bring the Cobra to the racing world to beat Ferrari and after that teamed up again to build a higher performance production built Mustang for the consumer looking for a little more. This particular stunning race red with coveted glass roof is just one of 75 in that configuration. Only a total of 4,834 total Shelby GT 500's were made in all configurations. This particular car has had some upgrades like 2013 Headlights, 65MM Cobra Jet throttle body, SVT package with 3.73 gears, lowering springs, Supersnake wheels and tires, larger supercharger, 15lbs of boost instead of 7lbs, cold air intake and a few more items making this car realize about 600HP and 600 ft lbs. of torque. In addition, larger brakes, that are both drilled and slotted. A brand new set of rubber was last put on in July 2023. In the last several years it has received new ignition coils, the cooling system has been cleaned and serviced, 3,000 mile oil changes, new plugs and front end alignment. The cosmetics and mechanicals are all in really good condition and is 100% ready to go. This car starts, runs and drives very nice and is very fast.
