1964 Pontiac GTO

Not only will the 1964 GTO go down in history as the beginning of the Muscle Cars, it will also be known in Automotive history on how it got there as GM management banned divisions from involvement in auto racing. However, John DeLorean with the help of Bill Collins found a loop hole when designing the GTO and went about it on his own and the rest is history.
