The mileage on this excellent C1 we are offering is believed to be accurate at 36,991 as this car was pulled out of a Barn 10 years ago after a 30 year slumber since the 1980's. About 10 years ago a restoration was started with cosmetics but then was left until purchased by the current seller. The body and paint is “OK”. Excellent driver quality but has some dulling and orange peel. The chrome and brite work is also original and shows signs of typical wear. However, the mechanical are dialed in for your driving pleasure. The receipts stack is 2” thick and has everything new documented within the last two years. From fuel tank to carburetor, from wheel cylinders to brakes, from electrical wiring to gauges, from interior to convertible top…..all New. furthermore this is believed to be a numbers matching example that runs and drives very nicely. It starts right up, idles nicely and goes down the road as it should with no weird noises, smells or rattles. It is really hard to find a mechanically restored C1 in this price range.
