With the engine located over the rear wheels, and the much lighter fiberglass body, the dune buggy was an instant hit.

The overall condition is stunning and it is in excellent condition. This isn't your backyard built Dune Buggy using some left over parts, it is a professional build from top to bottom. The 4cylinder engine has been dressed up with chrome and shows very well.. This Dune Buggy is titled as a 1972 Volkswagen.
